Art was born in Kanchanaburi, a province located in the west of Thailand. He graduated with a bachelor degree in chemistry from Kasetsart University with first class honor. Afterwards, he continued studying inorganic chemistry and then got his master degree in 2015. His thesis focused on the synthesis of solid oxide perovskite as an electrolyte membrane in solid oxide fuel cell. During his master study, he got the opportunity for doing research abroad at the Instituto de Tecnología Química (ITQ) in Valencia, Spain for 9 months. He was supported by a Development and Promotion of Science and Technology Talents scholarship throughout his study. After graduation, he worked as a research assistant at NSTDA and VISTEC before becoming a PhD student in the School of Molecular Science and Engineering at VISTEC. He is now working on the design of smart materials for anticorrosion applications under the supervision of Prof. Daniel Crespy.
